A truly exceptional and rare French copper daubière from the golden era of Gaillard Paris, one of the finest makers of professional copper cookware.

The pan features beautiful dovetailed seams, thick copper walls, and a new food-safe tin lining, ready for both display and practical use.
The matching lid fits perfectly, and both the brass handles are firmly secured with traditional copper rivets.
