Made in France, most likely made by Mauviel for Potel&Chabot “high end catering company” located in Paris

Paella pan or serving tray in nice vinted and used condition. Picture’s shows it is not like new but that gives it a nice character on this item, signs of use over the decades used by this catering company for many years.

Ready for use the tin lining is in great condition.
